Six Individuals Will Be Honored This Weekend as Distinguished Alumni

Along with traditional events such as a parade and football game, the Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµâ€™s 2022 Homecoming celebration will also be an opportunity to recognize six individuals whose professional achievements and volunteer service earned them recognition as UCM Distinguished Alumni. This is the highest form of recognition given to alumni at an annual ceremony sponsored by the UCM Alumni Foundation.

UCM Homecoming Parade Registration Deadline Set for Oct. 5, Campus and Community Entries Invited

As the Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµ prepares for the 2022 Homecoming celebration, campus and community groups and individuals are invited to submit their entries for participation in the parade at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 in Warrensburg. Registration can be completed online, and those who wish to sign-up should do so by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, via the Office of Student Activities’ Homecoming website.

UCM Named Official World Record Holder for Largest Ridden Parade of Mules

After a thorough review of video, photographs and other supporting materials, GUINNESS WORLD RECORDSâ„¢ has confirmed that the Å·ÃÀÊÓÆµ now officially holds the title for the largest ridden parade of mules. This record-setting achievement was reached with the help of 50 mules and their riders during UCM’s Homecoming parade Saturday, Oct. 23, in Warrensburg, Missouri.
