What you will study

In the 欧美视频鈥檚 Industrial Management master鈥檚 degree program, you鈥檒l take operation and production management courses that prepare you for supervisory roles in the technology industry. Our Industrial Management master's program builds both soft and hard skills, so you鈥檙e prepared to lead the human side of the workplace, as well as the technical side.

You鈥檒l study project management, facilities engineering, legal issues in the industry, applied research for technology and more in courses such as Current Issues in Industry, Engineering Economy, Lean and Quality Management, Organizational Dynamics and Production and Operations Management.

By the time you earn your graduate Industrial Management degree from UCM, you鈥檒l be able to:
