NY Times Bestselling Author, First Woman Inducted into National Sportscasters and Sports Writers Hall of Fame Speaks at UCM Feb. 21

Sally Jenkins, a four-time New York Times bestselling author who most recently wrote 鈥淭he Right Call: What Sports Teach Us 欧美视频 Work and Life,鈥 will present an author talk at the 欧美视频 Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. Her presentation is free and open to the public and will take place in Nahm Auditorium in the W.C. Morris Science Building. She will be available for a book signing following her remarks.

Supaman Brings Unique Blend of Music, Comedy, Dance to UCM Feb. 19 While Introducing Audience to Native American Culture

Part of the 10th annual Trading Moon Native American Arts Festival, the performing artist professionally known as Supaman, brings his unique blend of hip-hop music, comedy and dance to the 欧美视频 at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19. The live, free concert introducing Native American culture to the campus community takes place in Hendricks Hall.

Kickpatrick Library and History Department at UCM Host Traveling Exhibit 'Boom! The Rise and Fall of Missouri's Black Business District

The 欧美视频鈥檚 James C. Kirkpatrick Library and the UCM History Department are partnering to host "Boom! The Rise and Fall of Missouri's Black Business District." This traveling exhibit is produced by the Missouri State Museum and inspired by the Missouri State Parks-produced booklet 鈥淭he Business: African-American Business People from Missouri鈥檚 Past鈥 and will be on display Jan. 31 to Feb. 29 in the JCKL Read and Relax area.
